První Kalari workshop v Čechách!

Kalari je staré dynamické cvičení, je to kombinace indického bojové umění s hatha jógou a tradičním indickým tancem. Bude učit Kai Hitzer (Německo), jeden z nejlepších učitelů v EU.

Kalari workshop proběhne během víkendu a naplní bude teorie Kalarippayat a Kalari Yoga, a na konci teorie/otazky. Na workshop je možné přijít buď na celý víkend a nebo jenom sobota a nebo jenom neděle.

KALARI INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP

The Kalari Intro offers the rare opportunity to study the ancient movement- and healing art of Southern India. As in the whole practice, the level of the workshop will be tailored according to the practitioners present, not vice-versa. The workshop is a solid foundation for participating in open Kalari classes, as well as more advanced workshops.
