In this course we will explore in our bodies how whatever we do with our arms and legs affects the rest of our body.
All exercises and asanas that will be proposed are aimed to provide a deeper experiential understanding of how the work with arms and legs can actively contribute in smoothing the joints and opening inner space in the body.
Once we have integrated this in our practice, we can apply this universal principals to all yoga poses we do. It will enrich our practice and provide a better understanding of the poses and bodies needs in them.
