Jmenuji se Michaela Staňková, jsem majitelka jógového studia Shanti Spirit, lektorka jógy a maminka tří dětí.

Těším se na setkání s vámi ve svém jógovém studiu Shanti Spirit v Humpolci, kde vedu individuální lekce i skupinové kurzy jógy s dětmi i s dospělými.

Jóga s dětmi je pro mě radostnou cestou, díky které mohu dětem pomoci poodhalit potenciál, který se skrývá v jejich mysli, prohloubit jejich sebedůvěru a poznávání možností jejich těla.

Při vedení dospělých vždy s nadšením pozoruji, jak se nechávají jógou vést k uvědomění si svého těla, vnímání jeho šepotu, a jaká poznání jim přináší ztišení se a zaposlouchání se do svého vnitřního hlasu.

O svá poznání se nyní dělím i v online prostředí v rámci projektu Shanti Spirit.

V Shanti Spirit můžete navštívit nejen moje lekce jógy, ale i lekce dalších zkušených lektorů – např. Čchi Kung pro ženy, či využít individuálních koučinkových konzultací a individuálních lekcí jógy.
