Yoga is a journey of self discovery, it helps to be in harmony with the world.
The practice of asanas connects us with the present, with our physic and mental reality, it makes us aware of the circumstances we are living and give us the choice to live them from a new perspective. By focusing the attention on the breath we can learn to relax the body, to clarify the mind, to observe and canalize our emotions.
The aim is to expand the practice of Yoga to daily life, so that we are living Yoga not only on the mat but in every situation in our life.
