Workshop – The health of the back with Prashant Tewatia
- How to relieve lower back pain. Enhance life and practice with Iyengar Yoga.
- Deepen your yoga practice and improve your alignment. This workshop will increase the awareness of your body, and will enhance your yoga practice leaving you with a pure sense of bliss and joy.
- Even if your practice is Vinyasa, Ashtanga, or any other kind of yoga this workshop will introduce new information that will improve your understanding of each pose, and overall increase in the healing aspects of yoga.
Prashant was initiated into Yoga at an early age, watching his grandpa in a headstand every morning, being taught Hatha Yoga at high school in Delhi and also teaching to his fellow University students in Ireland. Ten years later, he still finds himself hungry to share, learn and engage in the bliss of Yoga.
The exploration, via yoga, of the Zen and Tantric principles of self- observation, self-acceptance, and inner relaxation is the driving factor behind Prashant’s current teaching practice.For more info click here.
