Explore your body, mind and breath with yoga in our small studio in Prague 5. Find out how to melt in each posture and listen to your inner cue to reach openness! During the 10 sessions you will learn how to flow joyfully through basic Hatha yoga postures in harmony with your breath. Simple yoga breathing and relaxation techniques will be included in each class.
These yoga classes will be led as a closed group class (course). Booking in advance = before the start of the course, is necessary.
