Yoga – Yoga je menší útulné studio v centru Teplic. Chceme, abyste se u nás cítili uvolněně a volně. Chceme, aby lektoři měli během lekcí čas se na klienty jednotlivě zaměřit a vést je. Můžete mít s jógou zkušenosti, nebo být úplní začátečníci, vítáme každého.

Naše studio jsme se snažili zařídit a vybavit tak, jak by vyhovovalo nám, kdybychom šli cvičit jógu. Najdete tu šatnu na převlečení, místo kde si můžete po lekci odpočinout a vypít hrneček sypaného čaje, který vozíme přímo ze Srí Lanky. Studio je vybaveno kvalitními jogamatkami, které jsou k dispozici během lekcí našim klientům, stejně tak dekami na jogu.
