This two-hour workshop is designed especially for those of use who spend our days at a desk and keyboard. We’ll see how classic hatha yoga poses can help release tension in our wrists, neck, back and hips. You’ll learn some stretching, strengthening and releasing poses that can be done both on and off the mat as well as some pranayama (breathing) techniques that can help us to relax and focus. The session will end with a mindfulness meditation practice to encourage letting go of stress and tension.
