Intenzivní kurz s Jamesem Higginsem
14.05. - 13.06.8263Mindfulness, Strength, Compassion and Surrender. A complete approach to the modern practice
This workshop with James consists of two parts: the Sadhana Practice sessions in the morning, and the teachers exploration of spiritual leadership in the afternoon. You can take both elements separately, or take the whole package to delve deeply into the Flow of your own Soul.
Morning practice – flow 9–11:30 (2,5hrs)
Practice intensive designed to help yoga teachers and students gain insight and mature as practitioners. You will get re-connected to the soulful reasons you long to practice and teach yoga. This training will be a combination of deep, nourishing, and steady long practice sessions – with over 3 hour practices that will include James signature style of teaching flow: his deep and satisfying approach of a slow-flow mindful & compassionate practice.
James will be teaching his approach to creating power, steadiness and strength, moving from your core and foundation, creating and using muscular energy, and radiating natural heat, while developing the principles of masculine power: Steady engagement, focused presence and discipline. His sequences are always counter-posed with the principles of ease, deep relaxation, meditation, nourishing rest, and the feminine aspects of surrender, trust, love, compassion, care, and the healing qualities of your personal connection to the infinite source of spiritual truth in the heart.
Afternoon practice from 13:30–15:30 (2hrs) for teachers mostly
Explore the edges of your teaching and gain insight into offering more. Come alive in your practice and teaching as someone who serves and is willing to be honest, open, inspirational, and live in greater harmony.
Balanced practice and teaching and leadership – not only of the technical aspects of physical asana practice but also in support of the greater spiritual and human aspects of connection, healing, and personal transformation.
