AcroYoga Flying Transitions & Washing Machines
In this 6 hour workshop we’ll explore creative and dynamic transitions. We’ll train washing machines that utilize Foot to Hand and also explore the world of Reverse Star.
Pre-requisities: Bird, Shoulderstand, & Star
