Hatha yoga with Harilalji

Acharya Harilalji (1970), who was born and brought up in a traditional environment in the South Indian state of Kerala is the founder director of Arsha Yoga Charitable Trust in India. Harilalji studied, lived and taught in Sivananda ashrams in Kerala and the Himalayas and at sVYASA, the university for yoga in India, where he completed in 2002 a full time diploma course on yoga therapy with an ‘A’ grade. The subject of his thesis was Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy for Psychosomatic Diseases. Apart from conducting various courses and trainings at Arsha Yoga ashrams and yoga centers in India, Germany and the Czech Republic he also offers private therapy consultation. Furthermore, Harilalji teaches yoga and yoga therapy to medical students at Nangelil Ayurveda Medical College in Kerala.
