Slow Flow Yoga for Dark DaysSemináře a workshopy

This two-hour restorative class is designed to help us both rejuvenate and relax our body and mind.

As the darkest day of the year approaches, it’s a time to go deeper inside ourselves to help us recuperate, syncing our bodies with the natural rythms of nature.

As the sun sets, we’ll practice Chandra Namaskar (moon salutations) and restorative mat-based poses to relax and restore. The class will close with some pranayama (breathing techniques), trataka (candle gazing) and yoga nidra (guided relaxation).

Suitable for all levels.
