We will take you to the land, where yoga was practiced as far back as 5000 years ago. According to legends it were Gods, who brought this tradition to people of Kerala, who passed it down from generation to generation – Yoga and Ayurveda became lifestyle in Kerala. It is the ideal place for natural medicines to work at their highest levels of potency and with combination of yoga gives as the possibility to connect ourselves again with nature.

The Travancore Heritage Resorts carry the name of the former oldest kingdom in the south India. It’s a journey back in time through vintage Travancore, experiencing the glorious ethos and cultural moorings of Heritage Travancore.

The Travancore Heritage is a seaside resort in 15 acres of lush green coconut garden and landscaped environs located at Chowara – south of Kovalam, near Trivandrum, Kerala. The resort stands on a high cliff overlooking the Arabian Sea and a long wide beach of powdery white sand.

Beach Grove

The beach grove block on the beach at the foot of the 120 ft. cliff has 24 most modern rooms facing the sea. Lift facility is available to move up and down different levels. Beach grove offers the sophistication of luxury and warmth of tradition at every nook and corner.

DINING

The ‘open house’ restaurant is open on the front sides with arches and overlooks the pool. It has a wooden roof ceiling on its main hall, which is some 100 years old with such exquisite decorative work, sourced from the marriage hall of a feudal chief in Tamil Nadu. The restaurant offers multi-cuisine fare and local ethnic cuisine.

DAILY PROGRAM

The yoga retreat will start on April 6th at 5pm with the first evening yoga session and finish on April 12th after the last morning yoga session. Yoga lessons will be taught in Czech or English, depending on the final group of attendees. There will be also one afternoon off when you will have a possibility to enjoy a group trip to unique Backwaters in the Kerala area.

The price includes 6 nights’ accommodation in a Beach Grove DBL room, delicious half-board (brunch and dinner), yoga and meditation practice and organization. The price excludes airfare, transfer and insurance. We reserve the right to increase the accommodation price should the exchange rate increase substantially.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of CZK 7,000 is required to hold your place. The balance is due on January 1st, 2018. In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded less the deposit payment if you cancel before January 1st, 2018. Payments are nonrefundable after this date. A person swap is possible anytime.
